The Northeast Georgia Master Gardeners Assn. is pleased to make available the Botanical Garden Pavilion for use by the people of Hart and other surrounding counties.  The pavilion was constructed in partnership with the Hart Co. Rotary Club.  To assist in maintaining this facility, the following policies were created.
1.  The use of the pavilion is available to all citizens, civic clubs, churches, non-profit and for profit organizations on a first come first served basis.

2.  Hours of use are seven days a week during daylight hours.

3 . Availability and reservations are maintained at the 4H Extension Office, 200 Arthur St., Hartwell, Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.  Phone 706-376-3134

4.  There is NO CHARGE to use the pavilion and its rest room facilities.  The rest room requires a key for which there is a $10 refundable deposit.  The key is picked up and returned to the 4H office.

5.  Users are welcome to bring their own chairs and tables as their needs require.  The pavilion is located approximately 100 yards from the parking lot.

6.  Seven (7) lightweight tables and 32 lightweight chairs are available on site for rent.  The rental fee is $25 and is payable in advance.  The rental fee for "for profit" organizations is $50.

7.  Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the pavilion.

8.  All trash and garbage must be taken away following use of the pavilion.

9.  All lights and ceiling fans must be turned off when leaving the pavilion.

10. The restroom and storage room doors must be locked when leaving the pavilion.

11. Failure to comply with these policies can result in forfeiture of deposits and loss of use privileges.  Users will be liable for any damage to the facility.

12. The Northeast Ga. Master Gardeners may change these policies at any time without notice.
